DRIED CHERRY TOMATOES WITH ROSEMARY

 -  All levels

Ingredients:

> 1 kg cherry tomatoes
> Olive oil
> Balsamic vinegar
> 2-3 rosemary sprigs
> Salt & pepper

Directions:

1 | Pre-heat oven to 120C (turning fan function).

2 | Cut in half 1kg of the sweetest cherry tomatoes you can find (preferably from your own garden).

3 | Lay them out on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

4 | Sprinkle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar (or crema), salt and freshly ground pepper and lay on top 2-3 fresh rosemary sprigs.

5 | Insert in the oven for 2 hours.

 Can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
