Many of you asked us for a vegetarian cooking class and we did it! Here is our class rich in color and flavor. We propose a gourmet starter with techniques that you can repeat at home. The main course will present a array of textures and will be characterized by oriental notes and the dessert will demonstrate the importance of acidity in a rather rich and gourmet dessert.
During this cooking class, alongside Chef Romain Vuilleumier, we will see together that it is possible, even with a vegetarian diet to be satisfied after one's meal and to have had great satisfaction in discovering gourmet dishes that do not require the presence of meat
