In this four-handed cooking class, inspired by La Voile's chef Romain Vuilleumier's travels in South America and Asia, we'll explore exquisite flavors from different corners of the globe, transporting you through an unforgettable taste experience.

Together, we'll prepare the following menu:

- STARTER : Ceviche of sea bream, tiger leche with passion fruit
- MAIN COURSE : Mole de Oaxaca with chocolate, yellow chicken supreme, roasted plantains

- DESSERT : Matcha variation, homemade kalamansi sorbet

These exquisite dishes, created by the talents of Romain Vuilleumier and his pastry chef, Djamal N'Gome, are now available on La Voile's current menu. Join us for this unique culinary experience, where each dish is an invitation to explore new gustatory horizons and savor the diversity of cuisines from around the world.
