ALL-IN MEAL | 06.07.2023

Stop food waste and get more food taste! This cooking class takes some everyday, organic and locally sourced ingredients and transforms them into a full course meal without leaving a scrap. 

Tips and tricks will be provided by your class chef, Thomas Mansfield, to use up food lying around in your cupboards, create extra layers of flavour and improve your food waste awareness and skillset.

The menu :

- Chicken broth with herb dumplings
- Roast chicken with sumac and lemon butter
- Rice, lentil and coconut daal with coriander and lime drizzle
- Citrus peel candy in dark chocolate
- Citrus margarita
