Make your own miso
This cooking class is for anyone who wants to take the next step with their miso knowledge.You will learn from Christine Syrad about the different types of miso and the latest that is happening in the Western koji scene. You will make your own jar of miso (500ml) which you will take home to leave to ferment. You will never want to buy miso again once you've made your own. We will make gyoza and miso soup together as part of a Japanese meal to be enjoyed as part of the class.The menu:
- Gyoza dumplings
- Miso soup
- Onsen egg
