An exclusive Grands Chefs cooking class given by Chef Desbraux, 2 Michelin stars and owner of the renowned Maison Wenger, who will take you on a gastronomic exploration of the sweet flavors of spring. In your company, he will concoct the following menu:

- Starter 1 : Fountain salmon, Immortelle sauce
- Starter 2 : Asparagus, home-made brioche French toast
- Main course : Veal chop with morels This course is for gourmets and enlightened amateurs.

During 4 hours, Chef Desbraux will share with you some of his tricks of the trade and tips to make your dishes even better. A moment of connivance to share with a great double starred chef and to savor during the tasting of the dishes that follows...
