What could be better during such a special time than to invite guests to your home for New Year’s Eve? To do so, we have set up a cooking class that will amaze your guests. A simple idea: cocktail dinner. In this cooking class with chef Romain Vuilleumier, you will discover a multitude of tasty appetizers to be prepared at home.

These appetizers will be made with seasonal and regional products. We will elaborate together hot, cold, raw, cooked, savory and sweet appetizers.


The menu : 

- Foie gras macaroon, orange reduction
- Venison tartar, winter pickles
- Grain crackers and butternut purée
- Smoked trout rillette with sesame seeds
- Poached oysters, green apple, radish and cucumber condiment
- Potato and chorizo mousse verrine
- Mousse and fir tree tartlet
- Chestnut dessert
