Very quickly this passion leads him to discover unsuspected treasures in Europe but also in distant countries. The planting of his first yuzu in his garden in Gland marked the beginning of this activity, which has become more professional over time.

In this exclusive cooking class with Niels Rodin, come and discover unique and original flavors that will not leave you unmoved -- from sweet to sour, through iodized, bitter, crunchy, juicy and seeded.
