Chef Christophe Loeffel invites you to an introduction to the art of chocolate: you will learn to master the different temperatures of chocolate to make truffles like a pro. Discover the art of tempering chocolate, molding candies and techniques to achieve original decorations. You will also learn how to make a chocolate ganache with a melting texture, create your own dried fruit praliné and make irresistible sweet caramel truffles with fleur de sel.
Together, we will be able to make gourmet sweets from A to Z, which you can then bring home and share. Expect to enjoy Swiss chocolate of incomparable quality.
The food and wine pairing will be offered by La Grillette Domaine de Cressier.
