Chef Christophe Loeffel invites you to a pastry class on chocolate eclairs: you will learn to master the different techniques and tricks to make perfect chocolate eclairs so that you can finally start making successful choux pastries like a pro.
Together we will be able to make modern eclairs with a multitude of textures to perfect the end of a gourmet meal.
You will have the opportunity to dress your own plate with the different preparations made.
Expect to taste Swiss chocolate of incomparable quality.
