Looking for an original dessert for Easter? During this pastry class, with Sofia Pace from Gourmandiose, you'll learn how to revisit a lemon pie and impress your guests. 

Composed of a vanilla ganache and a lemon cream in the shape of a Magnum, delicately placed on a bed of shortbread cookie, the wow effect is guaranteed! 

A homemade elderflower marshmallow brings freshness to your dessert, and makes an original replacement for traditional meringue.
