Join us for a cooking class where you'll learn how to prepare homemade kimchi, a staple of Korean cuisine.

In this session, we'll cover: 

- The basics of fermentation
- Kimchi's essential ingredients
- Preparation and preservation techniques for tasty, authentic kimchi.

After making Kimchi, we'll taste it directly with rice and Suyuk, a Korean dish with pork boiled in it. Koreans frequently eat it on the day they make Kimchi.

You will be guided step by step by Myoungju Lee to create your own kimchi, which you will take home and enjoy with your favorite dishes;

This course is perfect for cooking enthusiasts wishing to discover new flavors and techniques, as well as for those interested in the art of fermentation.

Myoungju Lee: South Korean, born in Seoul, South Korea, self-taught in international cuisine, she is relentless in her pursuit of healthy, balanced and efficient cooking for contemporary life.
