Cooking in the evening isn’t a chore for those of us who love it. But eating dinner is something we all have to do, regardless of our passion level for cooking. We bet that even if cooking is not your idea of relaxation, eating good and healthy food regularly is.

So we’ve come up with a cooking class specifically for those of you who want to minimize time spent in the kitchen while also getting to eat a variety of tasty, healthy meals. For those of you who love cooking but have demanding occupations, it never hurts to have a few new tricks up one’s sleeve.

We will prepare 5 meals together, one for each day of the week:

- 1 vegetarian dish (Highly addictive Aubergine, Feta and Chickpea salad)

- 1 vegan dish (Slightly japanified summer rolls with two dipping sauces)
 1 meat dish (Japanese style burger)
 1 fish dish (Miso-marinated salmon with soba noodles)
 1 seasonal soup (Sweet potato, leek and gorgonzola/feta)

The idea is that there is a bit of a crossover in ingredients so you can even do some mise en place during one meal prep that will help you in the next days and will reduce the number of trips you have to make to the shops.

Some of the meal components are highly adapted to freezing, so you can batch prep and be ready for the following week too.
