A themed cooking class that will help you rediscover asparagus in new ways. Our chef Christian Volnin will teach you how to prepare the following recipes to bring this spring vegetable, a favorite of bourgeois and aristocrats, back into the limelight:

- Raw asparagus saladine, old-fashioned mustard sauce
- Green and white asparagus carpaccio, olive oil and balsamic cream, Parmesan shavings

- White asparagus velouté with bacon chips
- Green asparagus tips with Hollandaise sauce
- Asparagus and mushroom risotto, parmesan chips, chlorophylle juice
