In January 2022, chef Romain Vuilleumier begins a 6 month trip around the world to discover new culinary cultures. The first stops of the trip are Central and South America. He had the opportunity to work in street food markets and in a famous restaurant in Colombia.

These different experiences made him want to share with you these flavors and techniques as soon as he returned to Switzerland. In this cooking class, we will travel to different countries discovering tasty dishes that you can easily decline according to your desires.


On the menu:
- Mexico: Grilled chicken tacos, smoked sweet pepper puree, pickles

- Colombia: Corn arepas, kakuni marinated pork belly, chimichuri with palm heart
- Colombia: Patacones (plaintain banana cake), pumpkin seed puree, candied kumquat, apple cabbage
- Peru: Traditional ceviche, leche de tigre
- Guatemala: Sweet tamal in banana leaf, chocolate and coffee
