Just a few days before Mother’s Day, this cooking class has been designed as a beautiful experience to offer to your mum… or to share with her. A sparkling moment to cook, learn and enjoy together in a warm and festive atmosphere.
For this special edition, we are delighted to welcome Chef Edmond Bavois from Hôtel du Peyrou, who will guide you through the preparation of a refined menu delicately infused with Champagne:
- Scallop carpaccio, Champagne citrus vinaigrette
- Chicken supreme, Champagne sauce, morels and green asparagus
- Coconut panna cotta, lychee and rose salad, rosé Champagne granita
