Gift card

Exchanges & refund
The class registration is final. If the client is unable to attend the purchased class, he may invite a third party to attend in his place if he wishes.
If Les laboratoires culinaires should postpone a cooking class to a later date, and that date does not suit the customer,he can offer his place to someone close to him and communicate by e-mail to info@leslaboratoiresculinaires.com his name, first name, e-mail address and telephone number. However, if the customer does not find anyone to replace him, Les Laboratoires culinaires will establish a credit note to be used for a future cooking class.
If Les laboratoires culinaires Aellen have to cancel a class, the full amount of the entry fee will be refunded to the customer or converted into a gift voucher if he so desires.
It is also possible that the chosen menu is changed without notice. No compensation can be demanded by the customer.
The customer must notify Les laboratoires culinaires Aellen of any severe food allergies he might have at the latest 10 working days before the date of the purchased class. Les laboratoires culinaires decline any responsibility in case of an allergic reaction not provided by the client.

Exchange and refund of packaged products
The packaged products are elaborated with the greatest care. If however, the customer notices upon receipt of the product that it has been damaged or that the expiry date has expired, he can report it to us by e-mail to the price of the product will be refunded to the customer or converted into a credit note if he so desires. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
