All around the world, every culinary tradition has its own version of dumplings — little pockets of dough filled with flavor, comfort, and culture. Humble yet deeply satisfying, these bites connect people from Asia to South America and across Europe.
Join our dumpling cooking class led by Chef Thomas Mansfield, together with Inga Aellen, who will share her family recipe for traditional Polish pierogi. This hands-on cooking class takes you on a global journey through diverse techniques and flavors, from savory to sweet.
The menu:
- Chinese 5 spice beef dumplings
- Stuffed bao with crispy duck and hoisin mayo
- Spiced chicken empanada with chimichurri
- Lemon ricotta ravioli with sage butter
- Sauerkraut & bolet pierogi
Dessert:
- Wild blueberry pierogi with lime mascarpone
