Those who haven't been to Japan may have been given the idea that Japanese food is all refined and fancy, as that is what most restaurants in Europe offer. Those who have been to Japan will have seen how multifaceted the food actually is. Christine often gets such requests from her friends: "what's that round ball thing I had in Japan, with the octopus in it? I loved it, can you show me how to make it?" 


With this in mind, we have decided to set up a Japanese street food class, where we introduce everyday fun foods to the uninitiated and help those who have tried them to recreate them at home.

 

Together we will make: 

- Okonomiyaki
- Takoyaki
- Gyoza
- Fried rice

Meals prepared during the cooking class are designed to be enjoyed on site and cannot be taken away.
