Chef at home from Martinique and Guadeloupe (Caribbean). Living in Geneva since 2009. He started his passion for cooking at the age of 5, in his mother's kitchen. During his training in the Lycée Hôtelier Alexandre Dumas in France, he obtained 3 diplomas related to French and world cuisine.
He had the opportunity to work in different structures, from fast food to Michel starred restaurants.
Today, he puts his 25 years of experience in the field of hotel and catering at your service through his services as a chef at home.
