For the first time Les laboratoires culinaires are participating in the Festin Neuchâtelois with a typical meal from Neuchâtel prepared by chef Christian Wiehe at Domaine de la Grillette in Cressier.

Brut Œil-de-Perdrix from La Grillette frappé softened with sweet woodruff, sprayed with Larusée Bleue absinthe

Bite of Parmentier with blood sausage from the region and Green Larusée absinthe

Fricassee of lentils from Prés d'Areuse and onions, Neuchâtel sausage IGP

Leg of lamb with Pinot Noir from La Grillette
