LET'S GO HUNTING WITH LA VOILE 11.04.2025
This autumn, embark on a journey into a creative and refined game-inspired menu, alongside Chef Romain Vuilleumier from La Voile.
We’ll begin with a venison tataki, paired with a silky mushroom cream, pumpkin pico de gallo, and a delicate ponzu sauce with Asian flair.
For the main course, you’ll prepare a smooth butternut purée and homemade spätzli, complemented by airy amber beer soufflés.
The menu will end on a high note with a buckwheat crumble, miso praline, tonka bean–poached pears, and a light chocolate espuma.
A cooking class that boldly blends tradition and modernity, offering a generous and surprising autumnal culinary experience.
