❤️ SPECIAL VALENTINE’S DAY CLASS ❤️

This year, Valentine's Day starts early — or right on time — with a one-of-a-kind cooking class on February 12th, around the stove with Chef Francesca Amati. Two ways to enjoy it: come celebrate ahead of time, cooking and dining together that same evening — or join the cooking class, learn the techniques, and take the recipe home to recreate it for your loved one, just the two of you, on February 14th.

On the menu for this cooking class, a gourmet and gastronomic dinner, full of finesse and generosity:

Starter:
- Salmon cake rose, green apple, mussel sauce and star anise

Main course:
- Pan-seared tuna fillet, sesame seeds, tuna sauce, olives and capers

Dessert :
- Cocoa shortbread, chocolate cream, red berry sauce and fior di latte ice cream

An evening designed to reconnect, learn new techniques, and leave with something truly special to delight the one you love.
