Babka, cardamom buns, rugelach and schnitzel sandwich — brioche dough in all its form.
Step into the world of Eastern European brioche delights, now beloved around the globe. Guided by Chef Arpad Antonietti, you’ll explore two types of brioche dough and learn how to transform them into irresistible creations: richly swirled babka, fragrant cardamom buns, crispy rugelach… and finally, a flavorful challah-schnitzel sandwich with a street-food twist.
During this cooking class, you’ll enjoy on-site a hearty schnitzel sandwich served with coleslaw and pickles, prepared by the chef for a convivial tasting. Then, you’ll head home with a gourmet basket filled with your own sweet creations: a babka, rugelach, and cardamom buns.
A pastry class as generous as it is delicious — perfect to share or to savor at home!
