On the terrace of La Voile, fire becomes the starting point for a culinary journey between Latin America and Asia.

Here, grilling goes beyond simple cooking — it’s an experience, a suspended moment where flavors are revealed through contact with the embers.

From generous, fragrant Latin American grill dishes to the more subtle and balanced notes of Asian cuisine, this cooking class invites you to explore two cultures united by a shared passion for fire.

In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, you will take part in creating a full menu — from starter to dessert — entirely cooked on the grill. Each step is an opportunity to discover new techniques, new flavor combinations, and to play with textures and aromas.

More than just a class, it’s a gourmet escape to be shared — a convivial moment where we cook together, taste together, and let ourselves be carried by the energy of fire and travel.

Menu:

Starter:
- Beef tataki, ponzu sauce with calamansi, grilled peach salad, toasted almonds

Main course:
- Iberian pork secreto, grilled corn espuma, flame-grilled baby lettuce, confit onion purée, chimichurri sauce

Dessert:

Roasted pineapple glazed with falernum, mascarpone espuma, verbena ice cream
