Take a culinary voyage of Switzerland and discover its regional breads. Heddi Nieuwsma, author of Swiss Bread and her blog, Cuisine Helvetica, will teach a cooking class about Swiss breads and their traditions.Learn to make three breads from Appenzell, Basel and Valais. In addition to tasting five different breads in class, the price of this cooking class includes a copy of Heddi’s Swiss Bread book (in German, French or English) and two kinds of bread to take home (retail price of the book is 39 CHF).
