Join a seasonal cooking class in Neuchâtel with Chef David Silvi from the renowned Brasserie du Jura.

In this cooking class, you will prepare a refined menu inspired by the best local and seasonal ingredients. Chef David Silvi will share his expertise, professional techniques and one of his signature recipes, his famous potato mousseline.


Menu:

- Rice vinegar-marinated mackerel, heirloom tomatoes and coriander
- Rack of lamb, zucchini and potato mousseline
-  Strawberry tartare, vanilla cream
