This cooking class in Neuchâtel guides you step by step through dishes inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, from the perfect grill to elegant plating.
At the stove: chef Francesca Amati, whose Italian roots and passion for Mediterranean cuisine guarantee an authentic experience. A hands-on, convivial and delicious cooking class, perfect for learning to cook seafood with confidence.
On the menu:
- Starter - Octopus, peas & mint: Tender octopus on a creamy mint pea purée, fresh peas, salted sponge and creamy burrata. A fresh and elegant starter, true to the spirit of Mediterranean cuisine.
- Main course - Fregola with fish stock & grilled octopus: Creamy Sardinian fregola with fish stock, grilled octopus, confit cherry tomato cream and fresh yellow cherry tomatoes. A refined octopus dish built around a rare and generous Italian pasta.
- Dessert - Lemon & limoncello tiramisu: The sunshine version of Italy's greatest classic — lemon and limoncello mascarpone cream for a sweet and bright finish.
