This cooking class in Neuchâtel guides you step by step through dishes inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, from the perfect grill to elegant plating.
At the stove: chef Francesca Amati, whose Italian roots and passion for Mediterranean cuisine guarantee an authentic experience. A hands-on, convivial and delicious cooking class, perfect for learning to cook seafood with confidence.
On the menu:
- Starter - Octopus, peas & mint: Grilled octopus, squash cream and chanterelle mushrooms.
- Main course - Fregola with fish stock & grilled octopus: Tagliolini, yellow datterino tomato and octopus ragù, crispy guanciale.
- Dessert - Lemon & limoncello tiramisu: Saffron-poached pear, saffron and orange crème anglaise, fior di latte ice cream.
