It's soon Fall! Let yourself be seduced by our seasonal cooking class offered by the chef Romain Vuilleumier. On the menu, a gourmet strater with mushrooms from the undergrowth enhanced with a poached egg and a cream infused with wood bark, a delicate main dish made of beef, Jerusalem artichokes with hazelnuts and pressed potatoes with lichen crisps and to finish in beauty a poached pear topped with a dark chocolate ganache, speculos and creamy emulsion infused with pine tree.
This gourment, refined and technical menu will delight any gourmet. We look forward to seeing you !
