Join us for a cooking class dedicated to a modern, generous, and flexitarian cuisine designed to deliver maximum impact with reasonable effort.

This cooking class will show you how to create a vibrant table full of colors, herbs, textures, and aromas — featuring shareable dishes, quick mezze, and impressive main preparations that won’t keep you in the kitchen all day.

You will learn how to balance acidity, crunch, creaminess, and freshness; how to prepare quick and vibrant condiments; and how to create a table that embodies contemporary conviviality.

Menu :

Mezze assortment:
- Grilled zucchini with labneh, pistachio, and dill
- Rustic eggplant caviar
- White fish carpaccio with tomato, coriander, crème fraîche, and chili
- Chickpea mash with tahini, skhug, and olive oil

Vegetarian dish:
- Whole roasted cauliflower, confit garlic tahini, pomegranate, and fresh herbs
 
Main course:
- Free-range chicken confit with olives and shallots

Sides: 
- Herb pilaf rice
- Roasted vegetables with black lemon vinaigrette

Dessert :
- Pistachio pound cake, seasonal fruit, and infused double cream

Meals prepared during the cooking class are designed to be enjoyed on site and cannot be taken away.
