Chocolate cooking class with Praline Chocolaterie — make your own praline chocolate bar.
This chocolate cooking class, part of Chocolatissimo and led by Samuel Muller of Praline Chocolaterie, lets you create your own filled chocolate bars from start to finish, with whatever fillings you like. A hands-on, creative experience — perfect for discovering the secrets of artisan chocolate-making and leaving with three bars that are entirely your own.
Together, we'll explore a range of delicious fillings, including several homemade pralines made on the spot, so everyone can build chocolate bars to their own taste: crunchier, fruitier, more roasted...
