Join Arpad Antonietti and Inga Aellen for a highly anticipated cooking class dedicated to Slavic flavors. For a long time, our guests have been wishing for a Polish cooking class with Inga — and it is finally happening, enriched by Arpad’s Czech roots to create a true Czech-Polish feast.
This cooking class will introduce you to the zakouskis, tangy salads, marinated fish, deep soups, slow-cooked dishes, and generous desserts that define Eastern European cuisine.
You will learn traditional techniques — preparing borscht, rolling cabbage leaves for gołąbki, marinating herring — all complemented by a contemporary, precise, and elegant approach.
On the menu:
Zakouskis:
- Cabbage salad with horseradish and carrots
- Marinated herring, Inga’s style
- Egg salad with spring onions
Soup: Borscht à la manière d’Arpad
Main course: Roast duck with caraway, sour cherry sauce
Sides:
- Kluski śląskie (Silesian dumplings)
- Red cabbage with apples and caraway
Dessert: Vanilla and fruit Karpatka
