Together with our chefs, you’ll learn inventive techniques and bold flavor combinations that prove plant-based cooking is anything but boring.
The menu:
- Celeriac schnitzel with chickpea and sesame crust
- Smashed Asian-style cucumber salad with red onions and coriander
- Spicy chili sprouts with tofu, ginger, garlic and pumpernickel

- Stuffed bao with caramel sweet potato
