Chef David Silvi is currently the head chef at Brasserie du Jura in Neuchâtel. His career has taken him through some outstanding establishments in Switzerland and abroad. He spent many years working within Alain Ducasse’s world in Monaco, London and Paris, where he developed a cuisine defined by precision, high standards and a deep commitment to excellence. One of the highlights of his career was also his time at Lucas Carton, one of the iconic names in French gastronomy.In the canton of Neuchâtel, David Silvi has also worked at La Maison du Village and at the Palafitte, further enriching his career through a variety of prestigious culinary experiences.Today, at Brasserie du Jura, he offers generous, refined cuisine inspired by seasonal ingredients.
