Chef for almost 10 years and passionate about gastronomy for even more, his cuisine is very inspired by nature, the seasons and his native Mediterranean. After settling in the Antilles, in St Barthélémy, Guillaume had the opportunity to work with great chefs who transmitted their love for quality products to him. His many travels have made him realize that health begins on the plate. Since then, he has made a point of combining well-being and indulgence in his culinary creations by using healthy products, good for the body but also for the planet.
