Chef Heddi Nieuwsma
A self-taught home cook, Heddi has been baking bread for many years at home. She moved to Switzerland from the United States in 2012, and since that time, has focused on discovering traditional Swiss foods. Bread has emerged as a particular favorite of hers, given that this small country has over 200 different varieties.
She loves learning about all the regional breads and the fascinating stories behind them.
Her new book contains 42 recipes for Swiss bread from around the country.
