Olivier Ruiz has, from an early age, shown an interest in cooking and baking. However, fate forced him to put his passion in parentheses and become a house painter. Over the years, this same fervor has continued to grow and has even been fueled by TV cooking programs.
Since 2016, Olivier has been working under the enchanting name of Papa pâtisse producing delicate and tasty creations.
