Chef Thomas Bouledin
Born in 1994, Thomas Bouledin can be described as a prodigy of modern pastry and has a bright future ahead. Spotted by the team of France 2 TV Channel, he is selected among 250 candidates for the show "Who will be the next big pastry chef in France?" After an initial training in cooking, he is a victim of a thunderbolt for pastry: "In the kitchen, we choose basic elements that we embellish, while in pastry, we start from nothing, it is a genuine transformation."
