Self-taught Chef

Born in Brazil, raised in Osaka, the city where food was always rich and called "the emperor's kitchen". She mostly learned cooking from her parents, from whom she developed her passion for cooking. After moving to Switzerland, she started teaching Japanese cooking while raising her children. She also produces various Japanese condiments using local ingredients.
