A cooking class fit for an Instagram feed!

Need some inspiration for you apero/finger food/pre-dinner snack repertoire? Look no further. This apero cooking class with Tom Mansfield will introduce various ideas and techniques to improve your kitchen skills and reboot your gastro-creativity. You will prepare a number of snacks that all have that important wow factor, inspired from cuisines around the world. Some simple, some a little more complicated, from gravadlax to pintxos to stuffed bao.

Once the fotos have been taken, its time to open a bottle of bubbles and get stuck in. Cheers!
- Trout Gravadlax with orange, fennel and gin
- Horseradish cream with lime zest oil

- Involtini - roll it your way
- Bao “mignon” with hoisin mayo
- Wrap “sushi” sweet potato, red onion and mint
- Root vegetable tortilla, goats cheese espuma and beetroot dust
- Feta balls with pistacio and lemon
