    L’odeur qui se dégageait des locaux d’ISP Agencements à Cortaillod a sûrement fait s’arrêter quelques passants ce matin. Le chef Florian Barbarot, candidat de l’émission Top Chef saison 10, a concocté un menu spécial pour les laboratoires culinaires, qui organise des cours de cuisine pour gourmets.

    L'idée du chef :

    Le sandre: un tartare avec chorizo, clémentines et crumble

    Nous sommes au 19ème à St-Blaise. Antoine Lecefel accueille Inga Aellen. Pour cette dernière recette de l’année, ils nous concoctent un plat chatoyant et festif: Un tartare de sandre du Sorgereux, à Valangin. Le poisson est accompagné d’une déclinaison de chorizo et de clémentines, et agrémenté d’un crumble à l’encre de seiche.
