Is a child "TCK" (Third Culture Kid) and the archetype of the fusion cooking. Of French origin, he was born in Tanzania, spent much of his childhood in China before settling in Australia. By love, he came to Switzerland and practiced delicate and elaborate cuisine, with multiple influences mixing French bistronomy and high gastronomy, local products and exotic spices.
