Chef Yoko IGAWA
Originally from Kanazawa, a town on the coast of the Sea of Japan and well known for her traditional cuisine, seafood and rice, she has successfully completed cooking training in Japan.
Established in Switzerland since many years, she particularly likes to cook various varieties of sushi, as well as typical Japanese family dishes.
With her experience as a sushi chef for a renowned caterer and former head of a vegetarian Japanese restaurant, she is happy to share with you original Japanese dishes.
