It was in Japan with her neighbor and her grandmother that Noriko made her first cooking experiences. She learned a wide range of flavors and respect for tradition.

With her nature that pushes her into a perpetual quest for perfection, Noriko investigates all aspects of cooking, particularly the quality of the products and the harmony of textures and flavors.

In Switzerland since 2004 to found her family, she devotes herself to all kinds of Asian and European cuisine, from starter to dessert. She also regularly returns to Japan to refine her knowledge and techniques by taking lessons from a great sushi master.
