Last night Les laboratoires culinaires' very first cooking class took place at OKA in Neuchâtel. The class had a end of the year holiday spirit as the talented and charming chef of Al Dente, Anita Lalubie (cooking program on RTS), lavished tips and advice to our participants on how to create a modern Christmas log (the traditional Swiss Christmas cake -- bûche de Noël). 2 flavours (lemon and chestnut) spiced up the chocolate fondant with a caramelised apple center.
We can honestly say that we had lots of fun with a group that not only enjoyed baking and eating but also had a fantastic sense of humour. Thank you again for this wonderful evening.
